- Pay per design. EUR 5 per design. NGN 5,000 in Nigeria. USD 5.50 / GBP 4.50 globally. One-off generation credit; includes the full Tailor Brief.
- Standalone Tech Pack. EUR 25 per pack. NGN 25,000 in Nigeria. USD 27 / GBP 22 globally. Factory-oriented sample tech pack for any Akwa design or uploaded image.
Subscription tiers
- Tailor Pro. EUR 30 per month, NGN 30,000 per month in Nigeria. Unlimited Tech Pack generation, unlimited design generation, pattern grading, Atelier Academy access. Annual billing carries an equivalent of two months free.
- Studio Pro. Team tier with multi-seat billing, team workflow, and concierge-routed Akwa Studio commissions. Pricing scales with seat count; contact Akwa Studio for studio quotes.
- Studio Event. Per-event pricing for asoebi coordinators, wedding planners, and event organisers running multi-tailor production. One bundled price tiered by guest / outfit count.
- Postcards Passport. EUR 9.99 per month or EUR 99 per year. Akwa Pro subscribers receive 50% off via Stripe coupon.

- Pay per design. Same as free plus the one-off design generation credit.
- Standalone Tech Pack. One factory-oriented Tech Pack with 4-eye reviewer pair QA, multi-view flats, BOM, spec sheet, grading, QC checklist.
- Tailor Pro. Unlimited everything (designs + Tech Packs + briefs), pattern grading, Atelier Academy.
- Studio Pro. Tailor Pro plus team seats, multi-seat billing, concierge routing.
- Postcards Passport. Unlimited postcard sending, Fashion Passport year-end PDF, Globetrotter geography matching.
Currency support
EUR is the primary currency. Stripe and PayPal handle EUR globally. NGN is via Paystack at purchasing-power parity (1 EUR equivalent to NGN 1,000 in Akwa pricing, not market spot rate). USD and GBP are accepted on PayPal and Stripe; the displayed price honours geo-detection (ipapi.co) and the exchange rate (open.er-api.com).

Is there a free tier?

What currencies are accepted?

Does Tailor Pro include the Tech Pack?
Yes. Tailor Pro includes unlimited Tech Pack generation. The break-even versus the standalone Tech Pack purchase is two packs per month.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Cancel from Settings any time; subscription continues until the end of the current billing period, then lapses. No cancellation fee.
Is there a refund policy?
Standalone Tech Pack: 14-day refund window from purchase, only if the pack has NOT been downloaded or previewed. Subscription tiers: no refund on past billing periods; cancel to stop future billing.
Are Akwa creators charged?
No. Akwa internal accounts (founder and authorised QA accounts) are exempt from all paid surfaces; this is a creator-bypass mechanism for testing, not a marketing offer.
